I warmly invite you into my healing space—a sanctuary where body and soul are gently restored through safe, effective bodywork and deeply nourishing energy practices.
My journey began after discovering LPG Endermologie following my second pregnancy. It helped me reconnect with my body, regain my shape, and—most importantly—feel light and energized again. That was my turning point: I truly began to love and care for my body.
Soon after, I started offering LPG treatments in a cozy home studio in North Vancouver. Over the years, I watched more and more women transform—not only physically, but also in the way they lived. They felt lighter, healthier, more alive. Many naturally shifted toward better habits, nourishing foods, and joyful personal growth.
As I spent more time in the beauty and wellness world, I also noticed a rise in aggressive procedures that treated the body more as a project than as a sacred home. That realization led me to study cosmetology deeply, seeking treatments that nourish the skin with active, beneficial ingredients rather than through trauma or stress.
Simultaneously, I deepened my training in Reiki and ThetaHealing®—energy modalities that gently yet powerfully clear emotional blocks, dissolve limiting beliefs, and restore emotional balance.
